Our reason for adding a facilities management company to provide property management services is to make the lives of many of our clients easier.
Together with our cleaning and protection services, TMS Maintenance adds convenience by offering a complete service under one roof rather than having to deal with multiple companies, communications, contracts and invoices.
TMS Protection Limited was founded in 2013 by Managing Director Thomas Devine and was swiftly followed by TMS Cleaning in 2015. In 2023, we added TMS Maintenance to give our customers in Kent and surrounding areas access to responsive protection, cleaning and property maintenance services all under one roof. This saves you from having to deal with more than one company in the facilities management arena.

Established in 2013, TMS Protection Ltd was the founding company of the TMS Group. The brainchild of Managing Director Thomas Devine, TMS Protection was created to improve communities and work environments across Kent and London.
The highly-trained security professionals who work for TMS Protection Ltd have SIA-approved contractor status which qualifies them to specialise in training, management and security services across the UK.
Furthermore, all our policies are designed to ensure that employees at all levels are safe and have a positive impact on the people they engage with. Our professionals specialise in providing Retail Security, Mobile Security Patrols, Keyholding and Alarm Response, Door Supervisors, Marshals and Event Staff. We are official members of The National Association of Security Dog Users and employ several experienced security dog handlers.
TMS Cleaning was the second company to be established under the TMS brand by Managing Director Thomas Devine. It became a limited company in 2017.
TMS Cleaning specialises in commercial, retail, leisure, hospitality and domestic cleaning services to local and nationally recognised companies based in Maidstone, Kent and the Southeast.
We feel it is our duty to continually provide a professional, affordable, and reliable cleaning service to businesses and homeowners. Consequently, we hold all our cleaning professionals accountable to deliver high-quality standards that meet your satisfaction.
Our dedicated cleaners are all employed directly by TMS Group which enables us to complete the most challenging of cleaning contracts. This also enables us to fully security vet the cleaners we send you to ensure they are qualified professionals that you can rely on and trust.
TMS Maintenance was added to the TMS Group in 2023. The services we provide include reactive and proactive minor maintenance, electrical safety, PAT testing, gardening, painting, cleaning, and porterage together with emergency response such as flood remediation, boarding up broken windows and shopfronts etc.
As a facilities management company, we aim to give you the confidence and insurance that you’re dealing with qualified, skilled and trusted professionals. Like our other companies, the operatives we send to your property are fully security vetted and trained professionals that hold relevant industry certificates to carry out the work you require.
